I. TO SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT OF A PAPER, WORKSHOPS OR SYMPOSIUM FOR REVIEW:
- It is the policy of the Pan-Pacific Business Association that all papers, workshops and symposiums must be submitted in English and presented at the Pan-Pacific Conference in English.
- The link for submitting an abstract for review will be activated by August 1, 2009.
- The deadline for submitting an abstract is February 26, 2010.
- All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by February 15, 2010. Corresponding authors will be notified of acceptance status by March 5, 2010.
- Abstract may be resubmitted at the following link: http://www.panpacificbusiness.org/abstract/resubmit.aspx. A control number and e-mail address associated with the abstract paper are required.

II. TO SUBMIT AN ACCEPTED PAPER FOR PUBLICATION IN THE PROCEEDINGS:
- Authors may submit their formatted paper(s) after receipt of the electronic acceptance letter.
- Papers must be formatted in the Pan-Pacific paper template (available through the link below), and must conform to the 3-page limit.
- At least one (1) author from each paper must register online through the Pan-Pacific website (see III. Registration below).
- The Deadline for paper submissions and author registration is Friday, April 16, 2010.

III. REGISTER FOR THE 2010 PAN-PACIFIC CONFERENCE IN BALI, INDONESIA!
Please read these instructions carefully!
Indonesian nationals:
Indonesian nationals should register for the conference by contacting Rossy Sjarifah Sjarif at rossy.sjarifah@sbm-itb.ac.id to register for the Pan-Pacific Conference.
All other conference participants:

- Online registration fee on or before April 16, 2010 - $350.00
- Online registration fee after April 16, 2010 - $400.00
- A Credit Card is required. (Visa or Mastercard only).
At least one author of each paper must register online (Indonesian nationals register with Rossy Sjarifah Sjarif, all other authors register online at panpacificbusiness.org) by April 16, 2010 to have the paper included in the conference proceedings.
Registration fees will not be refunded after May 7, 2010.

IV. HOTEL RESERVATION PROCEDURES
- Go to the Grand Hyatt Bali official website at www.bali.grand.hyatt.com
- Enter date of stay
- Type code G-MP30 in the Group/Corporate# field.
- Click "Check Availability"
Please be informed that the conference rate is applied for the period of 4 days before the main conference period (started from May 26, 2010) and 4 days after the main conference period (ended on June 7, 2010)
