Conference Registration
You will need the following information/items to successfully register:
- Your complete postal mailing information.
- A valid Visa or MasterCard (including the CSC number on the back of the card).
Fees:
- Guests are $100/person
- Extra copies are $50/copy. Each paid registrant receives 1 free copy of the Proceedings. If you would like more than your free copy, please enter the number under "Extra Copies of the Proceedings".
If you will be presenting a paper at the conference and have submitted your paper, click on Presenter Registration below.
If you will not be presenting a paper at the conference, click on General Registration below.
