Registration for Non-presenters

You will need the following information/items to successfully register:

• Your complete postal mailing information.
• A valid Visa or MasterCard (including the CSC number on the back of the card).

Fees:

• Additional pages over 3 are $100/page per control number
• Guests are $100/person
• Extra copies are $50/copy. Each paid registrant receives 1 free copy of the Proceedings. If you would like more than your free copy, please enter the number under "Extra Copies of the Proceedings".
